On the occasion of the ITEC School Board having awarded the scholarships ITEC President Gene Guilford said, "Our school board had a tough job selecting five scholarship winners from among more than 30 high school student applications this year. The five finalists did a remarkable job in writing essays and in their personal interviews and we congratulation them and all the students who vied for the scholarship this year."
