The License Review Seminar is a comprehensive review presented each month for technicians who will be undergoing their HVAC license testing. The reviews are 2-day classes and are offered once each month. The license review seminars cover the S, B, D licenses. The seminars are held on Thursday and Friday of the week and run from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. This course covers oil burner components. Proper installation of oil burners will be reviewed. Students learn how to properly do vacuum testing and learn the correct method of measuring oil and pump pressures and how to check for defects. Students learn how to clean or replace a defective nozzle and how to check for water or sediment.
