AO716 Oil Burners

This course covers oil burner components.  Proper installation of oil burners will be reviewed.  Students learn how to properly do vacuum testing and learn the correct method of measuring oil and pump pressures and how to check for defects. Students learn how to clean or replace a defective nozzle and how to check for water or sediment.  Also, proper operation and maintenance of oil burner motors and annual tune up procedures are covered.
