ITEC Plumbing Continuing Education

ITEC has been approved by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection to offer Plumbing CEUs and is pleased to offer a comprehensive seminar for contractors and journeymen who need to acquire their continuing education units for licensing. Continuing Education is mandatory for licensed plumbers for license renewal. Journeymen are required to complete 5 hours of continuing education every odd numbered year as a condition of license renewal. Contractors must complete 7 hours of continuing education every even numbered year as a condition of license renewal. Let ITEC help make your CEU class interesting and entertaining. Focus of the course will include many aspects of plumbing including but not limited to the following: · Codes and Safety \| Energy Conservation \| Geo Thermal \| Gas Piping & Fuel Gas Codes \| Solar thermal \| Americans with Disabilities Act \| Appliances \| Renewable Energy \| Sales Tax Exemptions \| Piping \| Ventilation

Reference Materials. The 2003 edition of the International Plumbing Code is required.		Reference Materials. The Business and Project Management for Contractors - CT Edition, is recommended.

The Plumbing Continuing Education Seminar is a comprehensive review presented each month for those who will need to do continuing education in order to retain their licenses. The programs are 1-day classes. The seminars conducted from 8.00am to 4.00pm for CONTRACTORS, and 8.00am to 1.00pm for JOURNEYMEN. The course fee is $99.00 per applicant. The ITEC Plumbing CEU courses are taught on the dates below. The text books are required for each class and their cost is NOT included in the $99.00 course fee.
